On the Decks in the Wildewood (Park and enter at Queen’s Gate)
Reservations are not required but are recommended as the cap is 40 persons. We have tables to seat 2-8 people with limited availability. Call Amy at 913-721-2110 to place your pre-paid reservation. Entry is $5/per person. Tables will be distanced in accordance to CDC guidelines. Masks REQUIRED. Health Screening/Temp checks for all who enter. More screening information below. Bar with alcoholic beverages, soda, snacks, KCRF merch, AND TURKEY LEGS will be open for patrons! Games not provided; patrons are to bring their own games from home.
July 2020 • KCRF Game Knight Protocol
This is the COVID-19 screening protocol Mid-America staff will be using beginning this weekend at our first KCRF Game Knight. This may be adjusted in the future in accordance with WYCO health department protocols.
*NO MASK=NO ENTRY*
1. Vehicles park at Queen’s Gate. Guests will line up outside Queen’s Gate, spaced 6′ apart or more to allow for appropriate social distancing.
2. Screeners wearing masks and gloves to will use temporal thermometers to take the temperature of the guests entering site. Thermometers will be disinfected between each use; gloves changed between each individual.
Temperatures measured equal to or higher than 100.4f will be checked again 15 minutes later for accuracy.
3. Participants are given pre-screening COVID-19 questionnaire. Included in these questionnaire we will be collecting guest name and phone number for contact tracing.
Anyone who fails temperature check twice or is displaying COVID symptoms, will be denied entry to site for either 14 days OR a negative COVID-19 test, whichever is soonest.
Individuals who have passed temp check and survey will be wristbanded for visual confirmation of pre-screening.
A participant may enter If participant:
•Is wearing a mask
•Has a body temperature measured at less than 100.4f
•Is NOT displaying COVID-19 symptoms
•Has not recently been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19
•Is NOT currently awaiting COVID-19 test results
Tables will be sanitized between each use. Hand sanitizers will be available for all patrons. Masks will be required at all times unless eating or drinking. All tables will be spaced apart in accordance to CDC guidelines.
