BY SIGNING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
· During the period of the agreement, Company agrees to purchase the minimum number of adult tickets in order to qualify for the discount price specified above. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKETS AGREED TO ON THIS CONTRACT.
· Company agrees to remit payment in the form of one (1) COMPANY CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER (no cash or personal checks please), made payable to KCRF Tickets and forwarded to KCRF - Group Sales, 628 North 126th Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
· Once the Ticket Sales Agreement is signed, the price and quantity of tickets ordered is firm. The Company must request any surcharge or change in the above selling price in writing. Price may change only upon written approval of authorized KCRF representative.
· There are no shipping and handling charges for the first order. Should the supply of tickets be depleted, additional tickets may be pre-purchased at the above contracted rate with a $4.00 S&H charge per reorder. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
· If additional tickets are ordered on consignment, tickets will be offered at the consignment rate. Company assumes full responsibility and agrees to pay KCRF for all unreturned consignment tickets, regardless of the reason for said non-return, including, but not limited to those tickets lost and/or stolen. All purchases by employees are nonrefundable.
· Pre-Buy Ticket Agreement is for the express use of Company employees/members or patrons. Tickets are not to be resold to other companies or individuals. Tickets may be used any day of Festival, Weekends, Labor Day, Columbus Day, August 30–Oct. 13, 2008, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm – rain or shine.

Any and all attached riders are an integral and binding part of this contract. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or incongruity between the provisions of the Company contract and rider, the provisions of KCRF contract and rider shall in all respects govern and control. Agreement of Company to all proceeding terms and conditions is indicated by signature above. This agreement becomes effective only when received and approved by KCRF, whereupon it shall become a binding contract between KCRF and Company, Heirs, Successors and Assigns, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
