Feasts and Gatherings
Fifteen
acres of fun and family entertainment await your group
just inside the Festival gates! The Festival provides
covered event space inside the gates, for your
group to enjoy a savory buffet luncheon and then have
the run of the faire! For a reasonable fee, your group
can enjoy discounted admissions, a private facility
for meetings or reunions, employee recognition and socializing,
as well as a variety of foods on which to feast.
Pavilion
Catered events prices include rental of the
facility, set-up, clean-up, service and maintenance
of the buffet, all table coverings and place
settings. Rates begin at $500.00 for the first two
hours and will vary depending on your requirements.
Smaller parties may be scheduled inside our gates.

Parking
Parking
will be available to you and your guests near the
designated entrance for your group. Parking is provided
free of charge. Although the Festival is accessible
for the physically challenged, if you have someone
in your party that requires special attention, please
inform us prior to the event so that adequate arrangements
may be made.
Festival
Admission
Tickets
will be issued to you by KCRF for admission to the
Festival grounds. These tickets must be distributed
by your group to your guests in advance. Admission
prices start at $12.00 per adult and $6.00 per child,
with a reduction in adult prices depending on the
total number of people in your party. This preferred
discount saves over $4.00 off regular gate admission!
Feasts
Delight
your group with a feast of traditional Festival foods!
Choose a sumptuous banquet from our various menu options,
sure to tempt the most discriminating palate! Our
menus range from a buffet style assortment of meats,
cheeses and vegetable trays to a full Festival Feast
with our famous turkey legs and corn on the cob. Soft
drinks and bottled water are included in the menu
prices. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at an
additional cost. No outside alcoholic beverages are
permitted on the Festival grounds. Food service will
be available during a two-hour window which coincides
with the rental time of the facility. Menu prices
start at $13.95 per person. Special menus can be designed
to fit your needs.
Entertainment
If you would like to arrange for entertainment at
an additional cost, we would be happy to provide referrals
of Festival musicians and entertainers. Any pre-recorded
music must be approved at least one week prior to
your event to ensure consistency with the theme of
the Festival.
Financial
Arrangements
A deposit of 30% is required upon signing of the contract,
the balance to be paid in full no later than two weeks
prior to the date of the event.
