You'll need to send payment for the tickets you used and return the tickets you didn't use by November 10, 2008. There is a minimum order of 25 for adults and 10 for children 5-12.

BY SIGNING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

·          Company agrees to make a final accounting of all monies and consigned tickets by November 10, 2006.  All money due and any unsold tickets will be returned to KCRF by certified or registered mail, or by courier.  ANY UNSOLD TICKETS AND MONEY FOR TICKETS SOLD NOT RETURNED BY NOVEMBER 10, 2006 WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLD AND THE SIGNER AGREES TO PAY FULL VALUE OF TICKETS CONSIGNED. 

·          Company agrees to remit payment in the form of one (1) COMPANY CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER (no cash or personal checks), made payable to KCRF Tickets and forward unsold tickets to KCRF - Group Sales, 628 North 126th Street, Bonner Springs KS 66012.

·          Company assumes full responsibility and agrees to pay KCRF for all unreturned tickets, regardless of the reason for said nonreturn, including, but not limited to those tickets lost and/or stolen.  All purchases by employees are nonrefundable.  Do not accept employee checks made payable to the Festival. 

·          Once the Consignment Ticket Sales Agreement is signed, the price and quantity of tickets ordered is firm.  The Company must request any surcharge or change in the above selling price in writing.  Price may change only upon written approval of authorized KCRF representative whose signature appears below.

·          There are no shipping and handling charges for the first order.  Should the supply of tickets consigned be depleted, additional consignment tickets may be requested at the above contracted rate with a $4.00 S&H charge per reorder.  Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

·          Consignment Ticket Agreement is for the express use of Company employees/members or patrons.  Tickets are not to be resold to other companies or individuals.  Tickets may be used any day of Festival, weekends, Labor Day, Columbus Day, August 30 –Oct. 13, 2008, 10:00 am - 7:00pm – rain or shine.
