Outline:
Opening Gate - Madam welcomes everyone and tells them clearly that the folks invited mysteriously to this party are really here to provide blood for the Ladies of the night. Ladies come out to survey the fresh meat. Size everyone up for their meals. Finds the heroine to their liking and whisk her off into the night. Madam orders the harlots to escort the rest of their “guests” to the feasting hall. For she now has some preparations to make for the evening’s festivities.
Welcome/Seating/Ancel Warning-Perhaps pass out garlic & maybe cross
Course one - Ancel brings Madam the last of the virgin blood. Madam gets angry and looks around menacingly and realizes that she has a room full of donors. She moves through the crowd explaining what/who she is looking for. She then grabs the female shill and drags her out of the gate kicking and screaming. Blood flies over the gate. The madam walks back in covered in blood with a bucket of blood in her hand.
Course Two - The Harlots bring in the young girl that was taken at the gate and makes it known that The Ancient One intends to bathe in her blood placing the girl on the cross. Ancel goes to help the girl angering Madam and Harlots and then they begin torturing him. They all walk out leaving him in a heap. The Hero reveals himself and Companions to the crowd and attempts to free the girl. There is a moment of conversation to introduce these characters to the audience. Perceval states all he wants is dessert. Before Samuel can free the girl, the Madam and Harlots returns a fight ensues. Ancel helps the hero to escape and is rewarded by long scratches across his face and body.
Course Three - The Ancient One (aged) is introduced and brought in by robed characters chanting. It is clearly stated once again that The Ancient One must bathe in the blood of a virgin to restore her youth. Then the painting that hangs on the wall of her is mentioned. The Ancient One then tastes the blood of the girl hanging on the cross.
Course Four - Intermezzo is served. The Ancient One calls for her own intermezzo. She then finds the other shill. Lights go out. The lights come up. Shill is on table. Clothes shredded The Ancient One rises up from his throat blood stringing from The Ancient Ones mouth to the shill’s neck. The shill is then raised onto a second cross. A tube is inserted into the shill’s neck. The Madam suggests a toast. A goblet is filled from the tube in the shill’s neck. Then The Ancient One cries out I must be prepared the time has come. All exit. Intermission
Intermission - Ancel works the room, eating flies and entertaining. Sidekicks sneak in and try to hide themselves among the crowd. Sidekicks prepare the audience for the blood bathe telling them not to run once it starts they can only protect them in the hall. Perceval states again all he wants is dessert.
Ancel brings in Victorian bathtub
Main Course - Hooded robed characters come in chanting. The Ancient One is brought in wearing nothing but a white veil. They begin to chant and fill the tub with blood. The Ancient One steps into tub, drops her robe, they begin to pour the blood over her. Lightning strikes the lights flicker and go out screaming and moaning ensues. As lights come up a young woman stands in the tub. Harlots wrap a robe around the now young Elizabeth. As she turns she calls for her minions. It is now time for them to feed. As that happens the hero and his companions reveal themselves. A fight of mortal combat ensues. The Harlots surround Perceval and tear his throat out leaving him to die. The Harlots turn on the other two heroes and more fighting ensues. When you are to assume all is lost and the hero’s will lose. Samuel pulls a golden cross. Raises it high all the women except Elizabeth see the cross scream and fall backwards. Elizabeth grabs the cross smoke raises she screams and writhes finally being thrown back by the cross runs from the hall. Samuel lifts the broken body of Perceval and walks him to the edge of the platform and lays his body out.
Dessert - In Perceval’s honor Samuel calls for dessert to be served. Wiping his eyes he removes Clara from the cross spilling wine into her mouth. She slowly revives as Samuel pulls the shill from the other cross pronouncing him dead and lays his body beside Perceval’s on the table. Samuel calls for a toast. Declaring that there has been enough death and dying. The audience is gathered up for the walk back to the gates. A search ensues to find Ancel who has gone missing. They then decide that trying to find him has turned into a futile task. They need to get these people to the safety of the gates.
At the Gate - Samuel is giving the audience last instructions to keep their garlic and crosses closes because Elizabeth has the smell of their blood in her nostrils. Once she has chosen her prey she will stop at nothing. They are not safe until she is destroyed. The Madam and Elizabeth appear on the gate tearing out the throat of Ancel being raised into the air on pulleys and they cry out “Who will be the next to die” laughing maniacally. The cast exits quickly into the gate leaving the audience to leave in the dark of night alone.
