Name Given at Birth: Luca Teveye Gusztav Kolompár Boleyn

Nickname: Dreamer, because I’ve always got my head in the clouds and often I get told to stop observing the clouds and start working. Also ferret, by my brother Guido, he claims that I am sneaky like a ferret.

Hometown: A small Yugoslavian town to which never returned.

Current Residence: Gypsy encampment outside barbarian encampment.

Age: 14 years old

Class: Gypsy, but can associate with other classes easily.

What is your main function in life/society: Helping, and working with my brothers, trying to keep our kumpania being the best group of traveling gypsies there ever was, but am often being scolded for stargazing, and studying the clouds when I’m supposed to be working.

Have you ever gone skinny-dipping/ can you swim: I have my Papas swimming ability, as I have proved many times by beating my phral in swimming races.

Do you make fun of people: Nai, I don’t make fun of people, for I need all the friends I can get, however on occasion I do make fun of my brothers.

Favorite color: I like blues, and greens, but mostly light blue because it is the color of the sky.

Have you ever committed or been convicted of a crime: despite many rumors about gypsies, I have never been convicted of a crime, but committing a crime, why do you speak such khohaimo?!

Closest Friends:

My brother Nikolai he is not only a brother but a teacher and wise man, a great archer and I wish to gain his knowledge and wit, also I wish to become as favored by the gadji girls, although maybe not be as distracted by the gadji girls as to get my chores done before Papa inspects

Papa always knows what to say when you need advice, also he is the rock to which I wish to be as well witted and clever as him not only does he give great advice, but I feel like I can talk to him about anything he is a man of great moral value to which he holds to strongly.

Gregor is one of the funniest of my brothers next to Guido I must say that Gregor I feel the closest to for he and I have similar likes and dislikes for example some things that we like are the gadji girls, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

One pillow or two: one very large down pillow which was a gift from Papa. But in occasion I just use my skirt, if Gregor has not taken my pillow.

Pets: Well Papa considers the horses and goats and the pig Gregor got for Papa pets, but I don’t call them pets, I would like to have a bird or dog or something

Favorite music: gypsy violin, and Bibi Lenora playing the harp, and our dear servant Tibor playing the drum.

Hobbies/Pastimes: I enjoy dancing and singing learning about the sonnets and poems written by the Queen’s Playwright, one thing that I enjoy that makes Papa angry is collecting bugs and storing them in the vardo. Also I do enjoy a good woo-off against my brothers.

Personal hygiene: I try to follow the hygiene habits of my brother Nikolai, for the simple reason that I don’t want to smell like Guido (just kidding).

Favorite foods: turkey legs, and meat pies.

Are your parents alive, do you get along with them: my father is alive and jumping, and is a great person even though we do not always see eye to eye

If your parents are dead when and how did they die: my mother Tagaria died I’m told in childbirth, but after she got to see my smile.

Favorite place to relax: I love to relax under trees and sometimes under the vardo when it is nice and there is a breeze.

Favorite Holy day/Why: Yule because it is a day of rest, and I get to spend the day with my kumpania dancing and singing and eating and we get to go to my metri’s house, the Highgate manor which is in the town. Also we had our Twelfth Night Celebration, and Papa says that we had the largest revel in the history of Canterbury!

Favorite drink: Hot teas with exotic spices, cold refreshing water after a day of working hard with my phral, my brothers, and when the ewe provides us milk.

What’s your bedtime: after my chores are done and my stomach is satiated, and I have washed my face and feet.

What if anything do you wear on your feet: well if one of my brothers haven’t lost their sandals, I usually wear those.

Are you married or single: Single, although Papa has on many occasions tried to arrange the marriages of myself and my brothers but they are not always the perfect match, but I know that when it is time for me to get married that papa will pick me the perfect woman, a nice big sweaty gypsy woman with big child bearing hips.

Do you have a family/ who are they:

I have 12 siblings in all, and my papa spends a good deal of time with me and my siblings.

Papa is the brains of this operation though he does not think he is. He is a very strong human being, for he has raised all thirteen of his children mostly by himself, although he is stern his very understanding and compassionate towards not only to me but the rest of my family.

Luciana- is the most compassionate of us all. She and I often spend hours of our free time lying on the grass making shapes of the clouds, and just watching the stars on clear nights. She says that I have the natural gift for dance like Evgeny that is one of the best compliments to get in my opinion.

Martino-is currently in a monsetary because he was tortured by the French for information. Before that he had Luciana nursing him back to health

Santiago-was the second born of the twins although he says he is older than martino.

Nikolai- is the easiest one of then all to talk to, mainly because he is so much like papa. He also gets I n trouble with the gadji girls, but I admire him for that. He is definitely the best wooer that I know

Evgeny-I must say while I admire his ability to be admired by the gadji girls, I don’t want the trouble associated with that. He is the most creative in the family, and draws or paints constantly.

Gregor- Gregor is the most vain person that you could ever meet, he thinks that he is just a little bit better at everything than all of us. Let me tell you a story about Gregor; one night about a year ago Gregor and I snuck out to go to town, and didn’t tell anyone where we were going, keep in mind that this wasn’t my idea to go to town, anyway we had just made it into town and when we were on our way to get turkey legs and we just so happened to run into Evgeny and one of his gadji girls, then after that we also ran into Papa. Let’s just say that night wasn’t an easy one to explain to Papa. That’s how we ended up getting the pig for papa.

Sasha-Is by far the most scholarly of us all, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t do his share when it comes to work. He takes care of the big cats which is enough to do. Whenever he has free time his face is shoved in a book.

Slavvo- on many occasions has tried to convince me to come and perform with him in his many plays and musicals. Papa always knows who to use when a character is missing in one of his performances. I must say that he gives all of us a run for our money when it comes to dancing. Also he has gifted me with some sonnets written for the queen, and a few works of an aspiring writer, whose name is William Shakespeare

Benvolio(Benny)- Benny and I have been working for a long time on a piano composition and it has turned out well so far we have only been working on this for a week or two. Also Benvolio is teaching me to juggle, and many other great things. I do not know where Benvolio gets his amazing mathematical ability; he sure didn’t get it from Papa.

Cezar-my brother Cezar is the luckiest of us all, in my opinion because he got to go and be tutored by Nadia and also is performing in the troupe Festivale which is an honor. I wish that I could go and be tutored by Nadia, and maybe even perform in the troupe Festivale. He has taught me how to be sensitive and caring towards others, which on occasion I find it difficult to.

Favorite entertainment: my favorite entertainment is watching Papa put Guido into his place also I enjoy a good play when Papa treats us to one.

Favorite subject or chore: my favorite subject was and still is astronomy, which Nikolai teaches me, I also I like to read and write

Least favorite subject or chore: I loathe tending the horses and goats and that stupid pig that Gregor brought home, also I don’t like mathematics at all.

Favorite sport: racing my brothers to Papa when he has a Queen’s quarter if that counts.

Most humiliating moment: this one time when I was supposed to be tending the horses, which I was and I guess that I had fallen asleep out of boredom and I dreamt that I was at the largest drinking fountain in the world, however when I woke up I found that what I had drank wasn’t water, what was embarrassing was that my brother Tido was there and he didn’t wake me up he still teases me about that today even.

Proudest moment: when Papa told me that he was proud to have such a great poet for a son.

Craziest or silliest person you know: Guido because of his undying wit and side-splitting humor that I hope he always has.

What do you look for in the opposite sex: Not like Papa I look for a nice pretty girl who has great personality, nice hair, and big child bearing hips.

In our hierarchical society who is your "overlord": my Papa is supreme "overlord" of me and my 12 siblings.

How do you feel about that person: Well he is my papa and I would do anything to help papa with anything that he needs help with.

Favorite sport to watch: I do enjoy watching jousting when I am lucky and have the time.

Do you remember your first kiss: Nai for I have not had my first kiss yet.

Where is your favorite "vacation" spot: I would like to have a vacation every once in a while, if I could though it would be in Romania by the Mediterranean Sea.

Have you been overseas before: no I have never been overseas although I would enjoy trying that

Do you have dirt/mud floors or stone: I have mostly dirt/mud floors in my bedroom, but occasionally I have wooden floors.

What is your bed made of: a blanket that I have had all my life, and my pillow, my big soft pillow.

How many people sleep in your bed: usually just myself along side my brothers under the vardo, but if it is raining it is usually all of us inside the vardo

I am the son of the most respected/feared gypsy in the land; this makes me very proud to know that.

Every fall my kumpania visits the harvest festival, which is always fun and entertaining.

I am the poet of the family, and am often called dreamer which occasionally upsets me.

I love meat pies and turkey legs.

I loathe when papa tries to arrange my marriage.

I am closest to my brother Gregor because he is the most profound of the kumpania, well next to papa that is.
