What do you do, your main function in life/society: I am the bakers wife I add tha’ little touch to my husbands baking tha’ makes it worth while
Have you ever gone skinny-dipping / do you know how to swim: I do believe tha’ the closest I’ve ever been to swimming is when I take me bath.
Do you make fun of people: I believe tha’ every single person makes fun of somebody else more than there fare share of times, but because I be new to Canterbury I want to make as many friends as I can but me tongue is quick should you cross me.
Favorite Color: I like green, it t’would my favorite.
Have you ever committed or been convicted of a crime: never in my life have I committed a crime. Tha’ I would confess to.
Closest friends/How did you meet: Well, I am very new to Canterbury and I don’t know that many people. But of the people that I know I would have to say tha’ beside me husband Donavon and I are fairly close he be my Guild Master. I would really like to met tha’ lady Emily Burton though she be able to help me with Schemas having had so many husbands her self….
One Pillow or two: I don’t often have a pillow because my husband has a terrible snore when he sleeps so I am forced to give mine up for a peaceful night.
Pets: Aye I have a weasel named LeeLu. You see my husband can’t have children though we still don’t know why.
Favorite Type of Music: anything tha’ involves the bagpipes…..it reminds me of home back in Ireland.
Hobbies/Pastimes: baking of course I’ve been doing it sense I was a wee lass. My parents were bakers ye’see.
Personal Hygiene: I be lucky if I get a bath once a year….
Favorite Food: My husband bakes these wonderful cakes for the gypsies…they call it sweet bread but I think it’s more of a cake me-self…breads not sweet.
Are your parents alive, do you get along with them: I don’t really know if they are still alive. They were when I left home. When I was there we got on quite well.
If your parents are dead, when and how did they die: I don’t know why they would be dead but it’s not that easy talking to people half way across the world…
Favorite place to relax: I love to go to right out side the town where there is more grass an flowers tha’ reminds me of home as well. I sure do miss it, Ireland.
Favorite Holy Day / Why: I don’t really like holy days much tha’s when I be the busiest I never get to fully enjoy the day. Being the bakers wife I always be finishing the jobs that Schemas can’t an I be up most of the night before the day in question.
Favorite Drink: I like a good strong ale from Ireland. They don’t make it the same here in England. Though I can’t much complain me-self, don’t allow Schemas to drink you see. Can’t bake a roll after he has.
What's your bedtime: tha’ depends on when I’m done preparing for next morning orders.
What, if anything, do you usually wear on your feet: I have a lovely pare of boots it took me two fortnights to make wages for.
Are you married or single: I am married of course. To Schemas James O’Bryan.
Do you have a family / who are they: unfortunately me family refused to move with me to England so I don’t see them anymore but I have me ma an me pa, an they are the town bakers in Lemrick. I also have two brothers and three sisters. Me oldest brother is Alastor then I was born after tha’ was me sister Caer, then me younger brother Carrick, then me two littlest sisters Nessa and Aisling.
Favorite Entertainment: It may seem strange to you but when I have the time I like to watch the gypsies even more so when they are up to no good.
Favorite Subject in School or Chore growing up: well me ma an pa couldn’t afford to send us to school. We did do chores though. I didn’t like any chores but the least bothersome was when I had to help in the kitchen. Now I love baking.
Least Favorite Subject in School or Chore growing up: cleaning up all the flour in the kitchens, me parents had stone floors and it was hard to sweep up.
Favorite Sport: I never really played or watched sports, me life was mainly about baking and chores growing up….before then I just played with me doll.
Most Humiliating Moment: When the turkeys I took from the queen to teach to speak many different languages, and I did, would only say "The Queens fat and Ugly". Her Majesty sent them to the slaughter after tha’
Proudest Moment: The day I baked me first wedding cake.
Craziest Person or silliest you know: I would have to say Dustbin the shoe cleaner. He must be terribly cold in the winter. Plus he’s always cleaning the trees. That’s just the oddest thing I’ve seen me-self.
What do you look for in the opposite sex: I like a man tha’ has their wits about them. With a steady wage and a bit of nobility wouldn’t hur’. However I have been known to care not. Had I not been already wed there are some lovely men in Canterbury tha’ would make fantastic husbands even if they have little to offer.

Favorite Sport to watch: I’ve no time for such things I be far too busy with me work. Though I’ve seen bits and pieces of this joust with the horses an knights an the big sticks, just in the passing seems interesting enough.
Do you remember your first kiss: as a matter of fact I couldn’t forget. It was, after all, on me wedding day.
Do you keep in touch with your childhood friends: I really can’t, being so far from home. If I were back in Ireland, though, I would.
Where is your favorite "Vacation" spot: Bakers don’t get vacations there always be goods to be made an sold… an I don’t think out guild master would let us leave for the week.
Have you ever been overseas: aye we had to cross the sea from France to get to Kent. Then we traveled to Canterbury.
Do you have Dirt/Mud floors or Stone: we have dirt floors Schemas would like stone but I think it’s easier to clean up after with dirt he just needs to learn to stop drop’n the bread dough. He be clumsy.
What is your bed made of: we have two woolen blankets sewn together with straw inside. We change the straw every new year.
How many people sleep in your bed: three sleep in my bed if you count Leelu. If not then just me an’ me husband.

1. I love to bake. It’s been me life sense I be tall enough to see over the counter.
2. I never really be happy with Schemas.
3. Donavon hates when Schemas and I argue an tha’ be all the time so he does his best to keep us separated.

5. Though he be quite strange I consider Dustbin one of me friends. He be so very kind to me an I treat him with a muffin every now an then.

9. I love flowers. When I have some time to me-self I will travel a short distance outside the town an tha’s where I smell an pick the flowers.
